Life-Giving Fount
And the myrtles sweep aside their fragrance
So the path may open for the steps
That slide towards the water
Blossoming freshness the fount too
Steams in its petals where the letter
Of the unexpected begins in the cluster
Of man to gush forth
Amid refractions the leaves rise
And the sky descends to the foothills
With festivities each time
By itself the writ of life opens
