From: Change of Scene (1975)
Relationship of Terms
Our eyes are but
for others to know us
and no one sees the blind
Our eyes are but
for others to know us
we look with different eyes
we divide the world with other
simpler axes
and most of the time
we secure the same distance
groping with our hands.
The sun hangs from the voice
your face from death.
In the chambers of our eyes
unrecognizably fluid
strange photographs develop.
Things exist through us
weakening the colour of our shadow.
