What a commotion!
What a flurry of activity!
Trying to manage it all, I suppose.
The Oresteia, Ovid, Alcestis, Sir Gawain...
But the cancer was a big No!
A hand raised: Stop!
And there you were, with your swag,
in flagrante delicto!
The Gods were stirred up as well,
almost believing in themselves.
And you stood there, hands in pockets,
wondering, what next.
But that was one big No!
