The Way of the Kamikaze
now our land in danger lies
than for all to follow
the heroic example
of those fine far-off kamikaze.
So up you get no tears and kiss
your parents revered and dear
wrap round your head the bright white band
go ahead and take your seats
in the fuselage of the plane
where your eyes behold the flash
of the burst of fire
that purifies.
