Sapphires of Dawn, in Mourning
Trumpets and pipes resound
Tremors from earthquakes, cracking of glaciers
Reddened the glass's other shore
Pebbles honed by the knife
Of the water roll in the music and shine
A lovable lamentation falls
Upon whispers by other bewailing sworn
There where they sit and sing dirges till dawn
Dewdrops keep vigil for the earth on the first leaves
