Time
I was born
one morning with the dawn
the sun put a necklace round my throat
the stream in front of Geza garden
handed me a stem of waterAt noon
I immersed myself in the stream of shakhi Mishka
wore rose water
and tied a violet leaf in my hairToward the afternoon
I went with my friend
to the shores of the Tigris
kisses, poems
became boats
transporting us towards the beaches of sinAfter sunset
facing down
we lay by the Atlantic coast
together
we built two tombs
and with our fingers wrote
“Time”[Royan, 1990]
