Why doesn’t hair grow blue
instead of brown, yellow, black and ginger?
Why do some people like apples
and don’t like oranges?
Why are sweets
that taste like apples
bad for you and apples are good for you?
Why does every
house have windows?
Why are adults always
in charge and children
are not allowed to do
what they want?
Why do I have to
do jobs around the house
when we are supposed to be on holiday?
Why do we always
become ill in the holidays
and never in the
school term?
Why do footballers
get paid thousands
of pounds each week?
Why did we have to
write this poem?
