Penny Harter of Fanwood, New Jersey, has published widely in poetry & fiction. Two chapbooks and one full-length collection are available from From Here Press : HOUSE BY THE SEA, THE ORANGE BALLOON, and LOVEPOEMS. New Rivers Press will publish her WHITE FLOWERS IN THE SNOW later in 1981. Recent work of Penny’s is also appearing in the English magazine, Telegram, and in the American, Oyez.
