Imbalance of Colours
The rainbow cannot be brushed into photos
where the black and white of rain
fall with interwoven motion:
it is not the collective evidence of water
mixed with the shade of daylight,
it's your ritual view of the sea.
Being on the level of stoical stones
the castle exercises a motionless distance
while the edge of the wall wears rainwater:
on sand washed away from the beach
your camera scans the path between the ruins
and the clouds on the sky's skin -
you learn the picture through its birth.
