Wednesday was Sunny!
Tuesday it rained:
Fat splattery dripping rain
rain that resembled: Oh, I guess, resembled
Tears:
Dismal: splodgy tears.
I felt good marching along:
Foot sure striding steps;
Sloshing through rainbow oil filled
puddles
scattered here and there on shiny slippery paving
slabs
Slabs flat as:
Oh, I guess flat as a Dutch landscape
A landscape yelling; shrieking:
‘Give me a mountain or two; give me a meadow!’
A meadow, green veiled; shielding gambling
lambs; mooing
cows: A meadow cradling us –
You; me, peeping out through sun kissed
buttercups
Peeping out through lofty waving grass;
Me with an arm lingering upon your
chest; you with your cheek feathery
on my neck…
Wednesday was sunny!
