a beat of drums
great gorgeous lady
carried platform high
people massed along the street
applaud the flaming hair
luminous eyes
thick scarlet lips
long throat strong shoulders
balloon breasts
under a fishnet bodice
screams of laughter
howls of pleasure
blast through loud speakers
from the empty belly
where her shadow vulva
pouts
she leans and sways
giant candy floss
waiting to be licked down
to a spine and thrown away
and passes
arms bobbing wide
leaving the crowd behind
silent morose
