Memory Lanes (text)
Have you ever walked down a memory lane?
If you say no, you’re a bloody liar
We all walk down them,
Deny it if you want you Muppet!
I love my memory lane.
Love walking down thinking about all the good and bad memories.
Memories should never be forgotten.
They’re there for a reason.
Treasure them.
They can be funny, they can be sad.
Some make you cry,
But they are part of your life that cannot be replaced.
Do you remember your first memory?
I do, even now 40 years on, it's brilliant.
I fell out of bed and broke my f...g arm.
That’s one I’ll never forget.
The good, the bad, it does not matter.
They’re going to stay with you for the rest of your life.
Tell your kids.
They will laugh and that will give them a happy memory.
Keep remembering your memories.
They’re real.
They’re fun.
Dream the memories all the time.

But they are part of your life that cannot be replaced.
Do you remember your first memory?
