David Miller was born in Melbourne in 1950, and has been living in England since 1972. He has published several books over the last 6 years, the most recent being Primavera (Burning Deck, Providence R.I. 1979), Appearance & Event (Hawk Press, Paraparaumu, New Zealand, 1977), In the Midst (Stingy Artist, London, 1980).
