Can You Hear?
Hear the water rushing, splashing,
fish and creatures darting, dashing.
Hear the forest water flowing.
Hear the air howling, wailing,
a flock of birds, tailing, trailing.
Hear the forest winds blowing.
Hear the chainsaws clinking, clashing,
trees dying, falling, crashing.
Hear the workers not even knowing.
Hear the orphan creatures crying,
home and family slowly dying.
Hear the forest life going.
