Spring's Arrival
Wandering out through the wood,
I met a girl who was known to the neighbourhood,
She was wearing yellow and green,
Blending into the woodland scene.
Thinking about the way ahead along the way,
Apples, etc. would have to wait another day,
“Thursday.s child. . .” came into the reckoning,
Could I have been dreaming. . .?
