From my Window, I See Last Week
road
smells similar concrete columns
are ramps
i ran with the barrow black water tank
is the skip i heaved in sky
is scaffolding t v aerials
are churches mews chimneys
are holes
drilled runny walls
are floors
i swept smoke in dust
from the sweeping (should
have used more water) curtains
are awnings
slipping on wind cars
are drills
whirring through bodies birds
are birds warmness
is coldness the sky
last night was the finger
i slammed between bricks
