Poetry (and Prose) at the Abbey
is a series of 4 residential weekends run by ‘Writers Inc.’, brought to you by the Blue Nose Poets, at an attractive 13th century Abbey in Sutton Courtenay in Oxfordshire. Variously using guest writers and the Blue Nose poets’ own expertise the weekends involve writing exercises, tutorials and readings as well as some space and peace to write.The weekends start from only £99 residential and £89 non-residential. Salmon Creative Writing Workshops
Salmon Publishing run regular weekend creative writing workshops at the Salmon premises: Knockeven, Cliffs of Moher, Co. Clare.These include all aspects of writing and publishing.The facilitator is Salmon’s director, Jessie Lendennie, who has conducted workshops all over Ireland and the U.S., for many years.
