Neat coin towers divided by denomination
Line his bedside shelf precisely placed

A mile away looking straight ahead he walks
Steadfast between the rails no turning
Looking back until the noise engulfs him
Too late
The policeman picks and bags the pieces
The driver tries to piece his life together
The family find no explanation no peace
Of mind
None of them forget
