Editorial
It’s the thirteenth of September and seems a good date to start typing up issue 13. I anticipate (in view of a letter and a phone call I’ve received today asking where my summer issue has got to - copies should be in the post this week) complaints that OWP is starting to resemble a number 44 bus. No sign of one for ages and then two come along together. The reason being that we’ve been trying to catch up with the great lateness of what should have been the January issue ever since the beginning of the year.
No apologies for publishing work by a few magazine editors. My impression is that we are often expected to choose between editing and getting our own work published.
