The Age of Madness
Today,
The doctor told me, I’ll be alright now.
So long as I don’t go out into the daylight again.
Hardly anybody goes out in daytime hours, it’s not healthy.
The adjustment from light to dark-time living, took its toll.
At the last count, eighty-three point four million people,
Had committed suicide. Sixty-six point six million,
Have skin cancer, their chances aren’t good.
Artificial colours is all we have now.
Awakening to a nice sunny day, gone forever.
Man’s utopia has turned into humanity’s hell.
Nobody listened ....
