in the succulence of the remembered body
the weathered furrows of winterin the perennial sand dunes of the tides
flabby muscles cellulite veinsin you my love in what we are
the frankincense and myrrh of lustthe tentative erection persistent
in the entrails of the moonlight’s lipsthe night the light the shadow the dawn.
