Walk through the park
Penguin shadows on white sand
That conspiracy of butterflies
Again But in a different quadrant
The usual Puffing her teats out
The day resisted pulling Plummeting
through the silica in my skull
Sometimes I like being around people
Their smells Sardines Lilac Cheetos
All kinds of ways to achieve a state of hunger
Jane visited the gallows every morning at dawn
A little two-step up the oak railing That will do
My annual trip to all the dead cultures left me
Standing in front of a blank slate Letters
From numerous alphabets glowing above a curve
Of dolphins That man was mad His whines
Rhyming with sounds spat from parking meters
Yes she said The future with its empty cup
Lying strewn about the garden & its cut flowers
