Doing weights
Gina in the office likes to see
how stiff she can get me without touching.
I turn my back, borrow a clipboard.
Warren in stores has started doing weights,
flyes, extensions, rows and presses,
squats, crunches and rollups.
And he enjoys a curl, the whole range
of reps and sets you complete to failure.
Me, I just like looking at the magazines.
Lats and abs, glutes and quads
and pecs, all sorts of stuff you can flex.
OK, I'm giving it a go.
I've borrowed Warren's training guide
with Mr Constipation 1952 - you can
tell from his face he's enjoying it.
It's only to pose in front of the mirror,
but I can't help feeling it's my face stuck
on someone else's body, not really me at all.
