The Al Aksa Mosque on Mount Moriah
Pumps gold blood through Yerushalyam
The holy sun in an azure sky
Is a vein which runs through time
The marbelled walls of rainbow mosaic
Conceal a mighty dome
And when you touch, then push away
You see that sun come home
The Al Aksa Mosque has solid form
Was carved from gold and stone
But it can also breathe
Make a pure heart heave
And give blood to the human soul.
