John Enright is the editor’s favourite living poet. He lives in American Samoa with his son Liam and has had many poetry collections and short stories published.
Judy Kendall has lived and worked in Japan for over 5 years. She is a performed playwright and has been published in poetry journals including most recently online, in Ambit and PN Review.
Jennifer Copley is becoming a regular Fabric poet. She has been published widely in poetry journals, lives in Cumbria and has an MA in Creative Writing from Lancaster University.
Geoff Stevens has been editor of Purple Patch poetry magazine for 26 years and writing poetry for a few years more than that.
Denise Hyam was born in Sydney Australia, she migrated to London at the age of 19. She loves cricket and spends all Summer watching it.
Barbara Dordi is the editor of Equinox an illustrated, bi-annual poetry journal. She has just completed an MA in Creative Writing and her collection of poems, many of which have appeared in poetry journals internationally.
Linda Yeaton lives in London but is originally from New Hampshire, USA. She has published her first poetry collection, Thalassa and is about to publish her second.
Aíne Ní Glinn is published widely in both Irish and English as a poet. She has recently written a series of children’s books which are proving very popular. She lives in Dublin with her husband and three young sons.
Rachael Nicholson has been published in various journals including Smiths Knoll. She is a poet, sculptor and puppeteer.
Elaine Murphy lives and works in United Arab Emirates with her family. She has just written a novel, The Magic Bus. The sonnet included in this edition was originally written as a ‘spoof’ but the editor liked it too much to let it pass.

Alice Allen grew up in Jersey and lives in South London.
Pauline Rowe has had work published in Smoke, Orbis, Smiths Knoll, Envoi, The Interpreter’s House etc., and was first runner-up in the 2001 Frogmore Poetry prize. She just completed her first collection and is looking for a publisher, is married and due to have her fifth child in July 2002.
Diederick Santer is a drama producer for BBC TV. Before this, he was the worst actor ever.
Hannah Davis has a BA in script-writing from Bournemouth University. She worked for several years in the film & tv industry before deciding to teach English in Costa Rica. She is currently travelling around South America.
Elizabeth Wells holds a PhD in English Literature and currently works as an editor for Dr.Fosters. Her work has been printed in several journals including Fire.
