Untitled
My name is Imelda. I have
been homeless for the last 12 months, it can
be very dangerous. Three times I have tried
to kill myself, I cut my wrists, and cut off
all my hair and gave it to my man partner. There
was a time he loved my hair.
I begged for life, I felt invisible. That‘s what life is
like on the street, sometimes St Mungo‘s are trying
to help but every hour seems like days.
Patience is the best healer.
